Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (or the last item, in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately). In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or piece.

via a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) stating your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods, provided the return is made from within Germany. Otherwise, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. These costs can be found in our return cost table. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their quality, characteristics, and functioning.

(2) Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal According to Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery.
